Lara and Connor’s September wedding at The Ryland Inn was the perfect soft autumn romance. Late September gifted them the most beautiful light gently filtered through the historic property’s trees. Every detail of their day felt thoughtful, refined, and effortlessly timeless!

A Love Story That Began in High School

Lara and Connor have one of those love stories that feels wonderfully full-circle. They met in high school, sharing a few classes and eventually becoming part of the same friend group. By senior year, Connor asked Lara to be his date to prom, a moment that would unknowingly shape the rest of their lives. Their friendship grew into something more during their freshman year of college, and from that point on, they’ve been building a life together!

A Beachfront Proposal in LBI

In May of 2025, Connor planned the sweetest proposal near Lara’s family beach house in Long Beach Island. What she thought was a simple family weekend to celebrate her birthday was actually a beautifully orchestrated moment. Before heading to dinner, Connor suggested a walk to the beach. Waiting for her was a setup of blankets, flowers, and champagne. And to make the moment even more special, he surprised her by having both of their parents join them for dinner afterward. It was intimate, meaningful, and absolutely perfect for them.
