It is said that no one knows you better than family. It all started with a blind date orchestrated by Vanessa’s family member. Which successfully led to a perfect match!

How They Met

Vanessa and Brendan met on a blind date setup by Vanessas family member. Meeting someone for the first time can be so nerve racking especially when you’ve never met them! Which is why Vanessas family member decided to make it a double date! They all met up at Mj’s in Bayville for dinner and drinks and had the absolute best night dancing, laughing and getting to know each other.

The Proposal

Just one year after they met, Vanessa and Brendan were vacationing with a group of friends and family in Rincon, Puerto Rico. Brendan set aside an intimate dinner date for just the two of them at a beautiful restaurant right on the beach. Before dinner Brendan asked to take a picture on the beach for the sunset at that moment he got down on one knee and popped the question. An unforgettable moment that will always bring them joy.

The Engagement

Vanessa and Brendan chose to have their engagement session in Spring Lake, NJ. We had such a fun evening planned! We started the session off at Divine Park afterwards we went to get ice cream before ending the session at the beach.
